The Media’s Most Dangerous Game Yet

When will the media ever stop lying?

First, they lied about the Trump campaign colluding with Russia, then the Mueller probe, Brett Kavanaugh, Mike Flynn, Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian president, the coronavirus, the lockdowns, the list goes on and on. Now it’s the riots.

We’ve heard a steady drumbeat of lies from the mainstream media that almost every aspect of the unrest are now gripping American cities nationwide. The deceit is pretty persuasive but here’s how it’s being twisted.

Over the weekend, we were told that the looting and violence was being instigated not by left-wing anarchists and antifa groups but by the media’s favorite villains: white supremacists. CNN, whose Atlanta offices were vandalized by rioters, went on and on about how white supremacists are infiltrating the protests and stirring up trouble. The New York Times even quoted a New York senior police officer saying these anarchist groups were coordinating mayhem before the protests even began. To the liberal-washed media, it’s always the far-right accelerators who want to “bring about” a second civil war.

By the weekend was over, no one was talking about white supremacist agitators anymore. The media had moved on to more plausible lies to feed their audiences.

NBC News’s Carl Quintanilla is even comparing Trump’s positive comments about the peaceful protests of coronavirus draconian lockdown orders to his comments on the violent riots that governors need to make arrests and restore order within their states. It should go without saying that the coronavirus protests did not include any looting, rioting, or violence. No one was arrested. No one broke the law. There’s no valid comparison between those protests and the mass riots we are seeing today.

People are burning and looting stores, attacking shop owners and motorists, and even in some cases, spray painting anarchist symbols on public property. The footage is circulating everywhere on social media as more and more people capture these events on their cellphones.

Whether it’s a global pandemic or mass rioting, it’s always Trump’s fault. There is nothing more important to the media than pushing that exact narrative. Their obsession with this washes over the actual facts of certain stories.

In South Carolina, a man trying to protect his business was attacked and beaten senseless by an angry mob. How dare he call the cops? The big takeaway for the New York Times was that the man was “white.” Shocker. Same as the tear gas stories in Lafayette Park that never happened.

The media is playing a dangerous game here. Trump had the “audacity” to declare that if mayors and governors couldn’t get their cities under control, he would. To the left media, this means that he is declaring war on America and is a dictator.

President Trump is not declaring a war on America; the media is.
