Stacey Abrams’ Nonprofit Sides With Domestic Terrorists, Promotes Day of Action Against Police

One nonprofit is encouraging another “day of actions” just days after terrorists attacked the Atlanta public training center’s construction site. You won’t believe the name of the nonprofit’s founder, Stacey Abrams.

Abrams’ New Georgia Project has launched a “National Day of Action Against Police Terrorism” this week.

The subtitle for the event is “Demand justice for Tyre Nichols and Tortuguita.” “Tortuguita” (Spanish for “little turtle”) is the silly nickname for Manuel Esteban Paez Teran, the far-left extremist who died in a gun battle in which he and his fellow domestic terrorists shot at police, who returned fire.

According to the New Georgia Project’s Twitter bio, it is “a nonpartisan effort to register the rising electorate of Georgia” and “civically engage them.” This is just as absurd as the use of “police terror,” which is the event title.

People in Georgia, especially on the left, know about the New Georgia Project and who is in charge. The event and other non-profits that sponsor it are given credibility by having Abrams’ logo displayed alongside other far-left groups. It serves as Abram’s approval seal for the event.

No one should be shocked at the news that Abrams’ nonprofit is endorsing and even sponsoring such an event. After all, she has a history of aligning herself with anti-police groups.

During her second attempt to ruin — sorry, run — for governor of Georgia, she claimed she wanted to fund the police (remember, Axios couldn’t wait to tell us in one of many breathless exclusives), but she serves on the board of the Marguerite Casey Foundation, an organization that has tweeted not just #DefundthePolice but also #AbolishthePolice.

The New Georgia Project now lends its support to these domestic terrorists. It’s not hard to see that Stacey Abrams is a hateful person and wants to cause chaos in Atlanta and other parts of Georgia. Shame on her!
