The New York Post recently revealed how Hunter Biden introduced his father, former vice president Joe Biden, to a Ukrainian energy firm executive before pressuring the government officials into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company. Ukraine’s prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, was leading investigations into the local natural-gas company, Burisma Holdings, where Hunter Biden served on the board.
According to emails obtained by the Post, an adviser to the board of Burisma, Vadym Pozharskyi, allegedly sent Hunter Biden a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month back in 2015 at Hunter’s request. The email is a message of appreciation, thanking Hunter for inviting him to DC and giving the opportunity to meet his father, Joe Biden. This is dated back to April 2015. Earlier emails also report on how Hunter could use his “influence” on the company’s behalf.
These findings destroy Joe Biden’s claim of never speaking to his son about “overseas business dealings.” He even boasted back in 2018 about successfully pressuring Ukraine to fire Shokin, who had been the top prosecutor at the time. Biden claimed that the firing of Shokin had nothing to do with his son and everything to do with corruption concerns.
The emails are under investigation by the Senate Homeland Security Committee, where Committee Chairman Ron Johnson has been in the process of validating the information. They were retrieved off a water-damaged MacBook Pro laptop that was dropped off at a repair shop in Biden’s home state of Delaware in April 2019. While the shop owner could not identify the customer as Hunter Biden, the laptop bore a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation. The computer and hard drive were both seized by the FBI in December 2019.
“We regularly speak with individuals who email the committee’s whistleblower account to determine whether we can validate their claims. Although we consider those communications to be confidential, because the individual in this instance spoke with the media about his contact with the committee, we can confirm receipt of his email complaint, have been in contact with the whistleblower, and are in the process of validating the information he provided,” Johnson said.
The laptop computer also included a raunchy 12-minute video of Hunter admitting to addiction problems, smoking crack while engaging in sexual acts, as well as other sexually explicit images.
The worst part of this entire story is that Twitter and Facebook have now started actively censoring the New York Post news report that follows potentially illegal corruption by the Democrat candidate for president. There’s no evidence that there is any misinformation in this investigation, but hey, anything to influence the election right?
