We may have a strong contender if we held a contest to see who said the most stupid and worst thing Joe Biden ever said. His comment on Friday might be it. Given all the stupid and bad things he’s said in his years of politics, that’s quite an accomplishment.
Biden visited United Performance Metals in Hamilton, Ohio. This company makes the materials used by 3D printing companies. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), and Sen. Rob Portman (R.OH) attended the event alongside him.
It didn’t go well at the beginning. Biden seemed confused and asked, “Where am I going?”

He then told the Angelo Negri story seven times. This story was debunked by me in May 2021. It’s still a lie today.

Get on board, man! You have to get it together. Your people can at least convince you to stop lying. He also claimed he was going to see his mom, who was still living with him but was in hospice. How can she be both living with him while being in hospice? This story is absurd, as both his mother and Negri died before he reached the Amtrak mileage numbers he had previously mentioned. It can be difficult to understand what Joe Biden is trying to say because there is no logic or sense.
Biden continued to host the event and lied about rising wages.

He lies about the economy all the time, which is not only bad but also quite common.
He was lying about how many times he had been to Iraq.
BIDEN: “I’ve been in and out of Afghanistan, Iran, and Iraq, I mean Iraq, over 50 times, 48 times…”
That’s not even close to true. pic.twitter.com/IUR1Um1ibi

Now, let’s get to the comment I was referring to.
Francesca Chambers from McClatchy got part of the idea, but she forgot something very important.
President Biden on the changing nature of the U.S. Senate: “Things have kind of changed since the days when I first got there….We always used to fight like hell….But at least we ended up eating lunch together. Things have changed, we’ve got to bring it back.”

Guess what she left out! He was thinking back to the days when he would sit down with “real segregationists” and he did.

“Even in the old days, when there were real segregationists like [James] Eastland or [Strom] Thurmond, at least we would end up having lunch together. We have to restore the old ways of eating together”.
Can I say, oh my? Seriously, Democrats? He longs for the days when he could sit with his segregationist friends. And, on top of all that, “we have to bring those days back.” Yikes.
Although he’s made some terrible statements before, this one has to be the worst. He made a similar statement during the campaign, but it wasn’t as terrible. Guess who called him out? Kamala Harris was running against him at that time.
Biden has spoken fondly about segregationists before.
Biden boasted in 2019 about his work with segregationists that called African Americans “an inferior race.”
“At the very least, there was some civility”. Biden stated that they had achieved some results.
After being called out for missing the “segregationists” part, McClatchy’s reporter tweeted the complete quote.
Kamala Harris! This is the man to whom you towed your wagon. This is a racist, old man whose brain has turned into jelly and who doesn’t even know what he’s saying. They’re going to throw this guy up there in 2024. Right now, he’s all over the place.
