California officials are asking for help in finding a mother, her infant, and her 15-year-old sister-in-law who haven’t been seen since Sunday night.
Amoria Brown (14), Omoria Brown (3 months), and Sanaii Brown (15) were last seen at around 10 pm on Sunday. The family was believed to be heading east to Los Angeles’ High Desert in California.
Authorities released an Ebony Alert — a warning about a suspicious or unexplained black disappearance — Tuesday for the missing girls.
The LAPD reports that the baby girl suffers from a heart condition and needs daily medication.
Police said they had no suspicions of foul play.
Amoria’s description is Black, with brown eyes, black hair, and standing at 5’4”, weighing 140 lbs. The LAPD reported that she was wearing a multicolored shirt, gray shorts, and gray sandals.
Sanaii Brown is black, with brown eyes and hair. LAPD reports that she is approximately 150 pounds and 5’1″.
