At least 18 people died Wednesday after their Eurocopter AS332 Super Puma crashed into a kindergarten in Brovary, a Kyiv suburb. Three children were among the victims.

It is believed that the helicopter struck a high-tension cable, which was snared off the mast.
The decapitation and resignation of the Interior Minister responsible for stopping Russian propaganda and partisan activities and his key staff is a sign of weakness in the leadership of this critical ministry during a difficult time. It will cause chaos in the coming days.
