‘Dynasty’ Star Donates $50K to Support Trump Rally Shooting Victims

Catherine Oxenberg is best known as Amanda Carrington in the 1980s prime-time soap opera “Dynasty.” She donated $50,000 to a GoFundMe set up by former president Trump to help victims of the shootings at the Trump rally held in Butler, Pennsylvania.

“My heart breaks with the families and the tragic deaths.” “May God bless them, and hold them close while they grieve,” Oxenberg wrote with her $50,000 donation made to GoFundMe in support of the families of the victims of the attempted assassination of Trump. Trump accepted this week the Republican nomination for President in 2024.

Oxenberg posted a GoFundMe link on her official X Twitter account.

Meredith O’Rourke’s GoFundMe was launched by Trump’s senior advisor and national finance director, Meredith O’Rourke. Through over 68,000 contributions, the GoFundMe has raised more than $5 million. The GoFundMe has helped the family of Corey Comperatore who died protecting his loved ones at a campaign rally.

A GoFundMe page set up by Jason Bubb who owns Three Fit Six in Cabot organized the fundraiser to benefit Comperatore’s daughter Allyson who attends the gym. Over $1.2 million has been raised through the fundraiser.

Bubb wrote in the fundraising that “Saturday, Allyson lost her father as a result of a tragic, senseless act committed at the Trump rally held in Butler.” “Allyson is an athlete who has been with us from the very beginning. She is a big part of our community. If you can support her during this time and help her family, we’ll have a donation box at the gym. Please also sign the cards on the desk.

“Wow. He added later, “We are over $800k within 24 hours.” “I’d say that our goal is $1M. Please spread the word to everyone you know. “Allyson and her family are grateful for your support.”
