The rally in Detroit for Kamala Harris on Wednesday ended in a disaster, with thousands of people stranded and some staffers in tears.
Political scientist Josiah Lippincott said that the rally ended when people were unable to get shuttles to return to their vehicles, leaving them stranded.

“Complete chaos following the Detroit Kamala rallies. After 2.5 hours, people still cannot find shuttles to get back to their vehicles. The campaign staff is clueless about what’s going on. The rally was near a UPS center, so there were dozens of trucks mixed in with the buses. “Tempers were high,” he said.
Kamala’s staffer also broke down in tears.
