Joe Biden flew to Ottawa, Canada to meet Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as well as other Canadian leaders on Thursday. The topics they will discuss include “threats against democracy such as domestic or foreign interference,” “climate change and investing in the clean automobile sector,” and “irregular immigration.”
Biden also brought Jill, his handler, along on the trip. She was there during his first meeting, with Mary Simon, Canada’s Governor General, and Whit Fraser, her husband. One reporter said that the media were only present for a moment and then they talked about the weather.
Jill Biden claims that it has been extremely warm in the United States due to “global warming”, and not just weather. She didn’t change to “climate” as the required name. The awkwardness, nonsense, and discussion of the weather are all part of the clip.

Joe isn’t even updating his brain, and he talks about how “more of our forests were burned to the ground” than Maryland. This line was used by Joe back in 2021 when there were many wildfires in California. As we reported, the problem is now more snow and less rain.
Jill is now talking about global warming. One of the topics on the agenda is “climate change and investing in the clean automobile sector.” But you can still see the huge motorcade that Biden is riding in.

They take it seriously, but they do. Except when they want their large group of officials to ride around in heavy-gas-guzzling SUVs. We’ve already written about his motorcades on previous trips, including to Rome and Massachusetts for a climate change speech.

He said he would be staying in Canada. It was, unfortunately, a joke for us. It did get hearts moving for a second with the thought.
He met with Trudeau in a more formal setting on Friday. They took media photos. Biden was caught by the media scrambling for notes as Trudeau spoke and greeted him. “Joe” couldn’t hear Trudeau greeting him. He was too focused on his notecards.

This is very sad. It is also a bit frightening that he cannot deliver simple remarks without needing notes. We would have to wake him up at 3 a.m. for the call. He can’t even make simple remarks off the cuff.
After those brief, trite remarks, they avoided any further questions.

At this point, it is beyond embarrassing that this is the guy that we are sending out into the world. And these are the things that we see in the media. I can’t imagine the things he’s saying and doing behind the scenes, I suspect that would concern us even more if we knew.
