There’s something new in the world for women, including their facial spaces.
Maybelline, the iconic cosmetics brand, teamed up with a social media star who is breaking barriers to create a campaign for Amazon Prime Day on July 11th-12th.
Supermodels with ovaries and movie stars of old used to beg for makeup mammoths. A half-dozen:
- Kate Moss
- Audrey Hepburn
- Paulina Porizkova
- Christy Turlington
- Adriana Lima
- Lynda Carter
Marketing has changed as well. Maybelline has partnered with Ryan Vita, a penis owner who boasts 2,000 subscribers on YouTube, nearly 50,000 Instagram fans, and 1.2 million followers on TikTok.
Ryan resembles Rob Reiner more than he does an ordinary Covergirl. The online influencer is often known for their curled, lubricated, and sometimes blinged-out beard. The man’s lips are the focus of the Maybelline campaign.
Maybelline’s Instagram shows Vita being revitalized with luscious lip gloss. The caption of the video:

This isn’t the first time Maybelline has used people with prostates. Manny Gutierrez was the first brand ambassador without a cervix that Maybelline signed in 2017.
Recently, the corporation has partnered with Dylan Mulvaney who was awarded vas deferens.
Maybe he’s born with it, maybe it’s Maybelline 💄

Not everyone was impressed by the raspberry rim of Maybelline or Ryan. Here’s a roundup of not-so-amusing remarks.
- What a repulsion.
- Nightmare fuel.
- The overwhelming majority of people don’t want anything to do with this garbage.
Bring back asylums… - Adding Maybelline to the growing list of companies I won’t buy from anymore.
- P*ss off, Manbelline.
Will Maybelline’s open-minded move see it banished to the Bud Light bin? That, presumably, will be up to women. In areas of product promotion and athletics, they haven’t yet halted the revolution. But perhaps resistance is on the rise.
It’s an America that has changed in many ways. The opposing sides seem to have mixed and met. Fox News’s contributor is in on the modern makeup action.
