VP Harris Wants Nespresso, Microsoft, & Everyone Else To Take Their Jobs To Central America

Vice President Kamala Harris recently launched a call to action to the private sector to “deepen investment” in the Northern Triangle. She has addressed the root causes of immigration being climate change and violence against LGBTQ persons, as well as gang violence and poor governance. Interesting how these “root causes” are also on the radical left agenda.

While speaking at the Washington Conference on the Americas, VP Harris addressed her plans for the region and said that the administration will focus on the acute factors and root causes of migration.

“First: the acute factors. The catastrophes, that are causing people to leave right now. The hurricanes, the drought, and the extreme food insecurity. And then there are the long-standing issues. The root causes: And I’m thinking of corruption, violence, and poverty, the lack of economic opportunity, the lack of climate adaptation and climate resilience, the lack of good governance,” VP Harris said.

She said that the Biden Administration’s policies will combat violence in the Northern Triangle and violence against Afro-descendants, indigenous people, LGBTQ, young people, and women.

As part of this Call to Action launch, she asked 12 companies and organizations to help address the “root causes” of migration with the U.S government. The companies included: Accion, Bancolombia, Chobani, Davivienda, Duolingo, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Mastercard, Microsoft, Nespresso, Pro Mujer, the Tent Partnership for Refugees, and the World Economic Forum.

VP Harris urged company executives to “address the root causes of migration” by creating jobs in Central America. She said she has asked business leaders to focus on everything from ‘digital inclusion’ to ‘workforce development’ in the private business sector. She said that they have a “very significant role to play” in creating jobs and promoting economic opportunity in long-term development – just not in the U.S.

When the news broke on social media that VP Harris was encouraging companies to outsource jobs, users did not take it too well. “@VP encouraging US companies to invest in other countries, which will eventually translate into jobs being sent out of the US. I can’t believe this incompetent person is in a position of power in this country,” tweeted Dr. Scot.

Others pointed out that they remember a time when politicians actually loved America instead of investing in another country’s corrupt government. They said that sending US jobs to other countries does not prevent the cartel from smuggling people and getting drugs into the country. They accused VP Harris of trying to open the border for cheap labor, which would crush actual Americans’ wages.

While maintaining the position that she is “proud” to have companies already committed to act, VP Harris has received calls of criticism from both Democrats and Republicans for not visiting the southern border herself. Federal immigration officials even saw a 954% increase in illegal immigration in April, as compared to the same time last year. Border crossers are now bypassing photo identification requirements and not having to prove if they are negative for COVID-19, as the crisis continues to worsen.

But according to VP Harris, the root causes were persecution of the LGBTQ community in Guatemala and climate change. Not once have they been because of Biden’s calls for migrants to “surge” to the border.

Instead of stealing American jobs, VP Harris could suggest a lockdown at the border instead? Dems love those.
