Donald Trump attacked Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell Monday morning. He claimed that Republicans only supported the Democrats’ $1.7 Trillion Omnibus Bill because McConnell is dirt on them.
Trump stated in a Truth Social post that the Marxist Democrats had to have something big on Mitch McConnell to get him and his friend ‘Republican Senators to pass the horrible ‘All Democrat, All the Way’ OMINOUS Bill. It provides Border Security to other countries but ZERO $’s for the U.S. and fully funds the corrupt Justice’ Department, FBI, which RIGGED President Trump’s election! ), and even the Trump Hating Special “Prosecutor.” ‘”
Trump said, “It’s also a massive giveaway and capitulation to CHINA making COCO CHOW happy!”
Trump’s derogatory nickname “Coco Chow”, which he uses for Elaine Chao (who is not only Mitch McConnell’s wife, but also served as Trump’s Secretary of Transportation). This nickname has been used by Trump for at least two months and has been widely criticized by both sides. It’s not clear why Trump would choose this nickname, or why he believes it helps him when he is making a legitimate argument.
Trump claimed that McConnell’s Omnibus could have been stopped by the Senate Republican Leader.
Trump insists that if the Old Crow had waited only 10 days, the Republican Majority could have made the “Ominous” Bill MUCH,MUCH,MUCH, BETTER. “Just another win for Democrats, Mitch. That wouldn’t have been possible if Trump was President!”
I don’t know why Trump was in quotes or why the ex-president couldn’t be more mature in his criticism.
