TPUSA Is Going After Unconstitutional Hiring Practices

Few things are as hated and celebrated in this country as the “diversity hiring,” an unquestionably racist, sexist, and bigoted method of choosing who gets a job.

It’s easy to understand. If you are white and you have to face someone of different sex, identity, or minority, you will likely lose your job. This is because having someone else in the room looks great to many entities such as media, clients, and other businesses. This also provides some protection from allegations of racism by politicians and activists.

It may be that you are denied a job simply because you are white or male. This is regardless of your drive, talent, skill, and drive. This is not only wrong because it violates the morality of the left’s “equality” claim, but also because it is blatantly unconstitutional.

The issue must be addressed at some point in the country. That’s what Turning Point USA decided to do.

TPUSA and Stephen Miller’s America First Legal have teamed up to address “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices that are taking place on college campuses and in the job market. This is a pro-bono project to help people who have been denied the opportunity due to “wildly abusive” and “plainly unconstitutional discrimination practices”.

Miller stated that these policies are widely used, and virtually every college campus and university in America has an office for ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. “D.E.I.” is a simple euphemism that refers to a deeply reductive, discriminatory ideology that views, categorizes, and defines people solely based on their skin color, sexual orientation, or sex. America First Legal is proud to be a partner with Charlie Kirk, Turning Point USA, and to help fight back.

Morgan Stanley is cited by the duo as an example of DEI offenders. It has an internship called “Freshman Enrichment Program,” which is designed to help “different rising sophomores in college gain an understanding of different business and career paths Morgan Stanley offers.” To be eligible for the program, you must be Black, Hispanic or Native American.

This is a violation of federal law and effectively disqualifies other races, such as Whites or Asians.

Charlie Kirk, CEO of TPUSA, noted that he meets victims of DEI policies everywhere he goes.

Kirk said, “When I’m at student events or on campus, I ask for a sign of hands for all people who have been discriminated against because they aren’t part of a protected group of people.” This is wrong. This is not American. This is also illegal. This is also illegal. America was founded on the belief that your character, your achievements, and your decisions define you. TPUSA, like AFL, is dedicated to restoring this foundation principle for all Americans, regardless of their appearance or origin.

Although it is likely that the left will try to counter this with allegations of racism, it is not clear that the diversity hire practice itself is a clear example of racism and won’t last long in higher courts. You can be sure that entire social media campaigns will be launched against the move of TPUSA/AFL. Things are likely to get ugly.

However, it is always a bad idea to try and take the power from the authoritarians.
