The love left to blame any sort of chaos on race or saving the planet – even if there are no facts to back up any of their wild claims. It was only a matter of time before they related the California wildfires to climate change and back to getting President Trump out of office. It’s all a political propaganda one way or another.
This time it was Barack Obama who took to Twitter with some absurd liberal claim. He tweeted a montage of photos from San Fransisco of their torched orange sky from the fires. The caption was dramatic and served its purpose.
“The fires across the West Coast are just the latest examples of the very real ways our changing climate is changing our communities. Protecting our planet is on the ballot. Vote like your life depends on it—because it does,” Obama tweeted.
There you have it. Vote for Biden or the planet will be destroyed. Democrats must’ve really run out of reasonable talking points if they have to use the ‘apocalyptic’ approach of getting people to vote left. It didn’t take long before people pointed out that Obama’s tweet had zero logic attached to it.
“This is ridiculously silly and infantile. The science of forest management is clear: catastrophic fires are due to fuel accumulation (old growth) and man-made fire suppression. Nature otherwise burns forests regularly and the cycle of regrowth starts,” Arizona Representative Paul Gosar responded. He even took the time to tag the House GOP’s Western Caucus and the U.S Department of Interior in his tweet.
Other people also pointed out that Obama isn’t the only Democrat trying to link the West Coast fires to climate change. Governor Jay Inslee tried to blame global cooling on a fire that was set near ST-512 in Parkland, Washington. A newspaper even confirmed the arrest of the man who had been caught setting the fire.
This isn’t the first time the left has used scare tactics of climate change to get people to vote left. Inciting voters to think that President Trump is an existential threat to the planet is just another empty distraction.
While we’re at it, the left should be telling their BLM buddies to quit lighting our country on fire. 30 years ago we were going to run out of fossil fuels. Next, it was the ozone. Now it’s this. The left is constantly pushing doom and fear all for a single vote.
