In a recent NewsmaxTV interview, Rep. James Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee (R-Ky.), revealed that he has additional evidence regarding Hunter Biden. This information will be released soon. The revelation follows the disclosure of whistleblower accusations against the Biden Family last week.
Comer revealed this while discussing the recent denials made by Attorney General Merrick G. Garland of allegations made by IRS whistleblowers who claimed that the Department of Justice had stymied Hunter Biden’s investigation.
Garland claimed that Delaware U.S. attorney David Weiss was fully authorized to investigate Hunter Biden in any way he deemed fit. According to IRS agent Gary Shapley’s testimony, Weiss claimed that he wasn’t the official who decided whether or not charges would be brought against Hunter Biden. Shapley said that Weiss had told agents he was going to charge Hunter Biden in Washington, D.C., however, “the Biden appointed D.C. U.S. attorney Matthew Graves refused to allow him to do so in his district.”
“He simply stood up and lied about the American people. Merrick Garland destroyed the reputation for the Justice Cabinet. He has destroyed America’s reputation for justice. Comer said to Newsmax that Comer needed to leave. Comer told Newsmax that Comer could not defend the unjustifiable by claiming that he had treated Democrats the same way as he had treated Republicans. This includes the way that he treated President Obama’s son.
Comer continued to say that there will be more evidence.
He said: “Let me assure you, the American people… We have bank records we are looking at that will show us more wires coming from other countries.” “Remember that we have only revealed two countries so far. We’ve disclosed China, and Romania. We still have some Chinese wires to show the American public.
Comer concluded: “We’re still producing results every day that show this family, President of the United States family, has received millions of dollars from all of our enemies around the world… And they can’t explain why… They can’t explain what they’ve done to produce that money.”
The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability published new evidence last month that was discovered during its investigation into the Bidens’ involvement in influence-peddling and shady deals. The records revealed large sums received by foreign nationals, which were hidden by a web of complex business entities created by members of the Biden family.
Kevin McCarthy, the House Speaker, suggested on Sunday that if Shapley’s accusations against Garland are confirmed, then the House GOP may initiate an impeachment investigation.
