Married to an Alleged Abuser: Where’s Your Empathy, Kamala?

Kamala Harris made an appearance on Stephen Colbert’s show, Tuesday night. This was the latest attempt of her campaign to avoid substantive interviews in favor of inane lovefests at a preschool level. Colbert, the leftist who is always obnoxious, obliged with what can only be described as a “slobberfest.”

 

Harris’ interview on Colbert is one of her most cringeworthy and inauthentic interviews. It’s quite a feat, considering that she hasn’t been able to distinguish herself as a serious candidate with sober policy positions.

You are not supposed to lecture the audience when you appear on Colbert. Harris, however, can’t seem to help herself. Every answer is rehearsed, fake, and over-rehearsed.

 

She can’t stop herself, can she not? She’s almost convinced that the world depends on her every word. We are, but it’s not the reason she would like to believe.

 

It’s hard to pick the worst part of her Colbert interview, but I can tell you that one moment stuck out: when she adopted her sneering attitude and Jamaican accent. Accent – she used it to make a thinly veiled dig at Ron DeSantis.

 

 

Cringe is not even close to describing this woman. She’s furious that she was left out of DeSantis-Biden’s bromance about preparations for Hurricane Milton. DeSantis called her out for trying to “bumble in” on the discussion about Milton. He also referred to her as “delusional,” because she said that his not answering her call was “selfish.”

 

Hurricane Kamala, not one to be politically savvy when she can be exploitative politically, instead decided bizarrely that this hill was where she would die. She can’t win this fight, given her poor response to Hurricane Helene’s victims as vice president. Ron DeSantis is a leader who has a wealth of experience when it comes to dealing with hurricanes.

 

She did pick a fight, but she made it worse by covering herself with condescension, feigning concern, and asking “Where is your compassion, man?” She did not dare to call out DeSantis. Colbert allowed her to get away with it.

 

It takes a certain kind of ignorance for someone to call out another person’s lack of empathy while standing atop a heap of failed policies or nonsensical ramblings. It is a smug attitude to have when coming from a woman married to an alleged abuser of women, Doug Emhoff.

 

Emhoff has been exposed as a predator at work. He reportedly hit his girlfriend across the face so hard that her body spun.

 

 

A new report claims that the second gentleman Doug Emhoff acted in a less than gentlemanly manner during his tenure at a prestigious LA-based law firm.

 

According to the Daily Mail, and a lawsuit against the firm, Vice President Kamala’s husband has been accused of being “flirty”, retaliating on those who did not return his overtures, and hiring a woman as a “trophy secretary.”

 

Employees of Emhoff who ran Venable’s Los Angeles office between 2006 and 2017, claimed that he would invite “young, beautiful girls” to ride around in a limousine with him, according to The Mail, which did not identify the employees.

 

Super nice guy. Strangely, Kamala would tolerate this behavior from her husband, given that she is a staunch supporter of abuse victims.

 

 

You might have guessed that Madame Vice President has not spoken out about the abusive behavior of her philandering spouse. Doug Emhoff has not been subjected to the same level of media scrutiny as if she were married to a Republican. If the left did not have double standards, then they would have no standards at all.

 

They don’t even have any standards. Kamala Harris shows no empathy towards abuse victims, including those who suffered at the hands of her husband. She also showed no empathy for hurricane victims. She said that there is no Biden policy she would change.

 

Kamala, you must first clean your own home before you can tell others to show “empathy.” Where is your empathy, woman?
