Dems Think Kamala Harris Has No Chance For Politics In 2024

Kamala Harris’s history of mistreating employees is making rounds in the media…again. During her Democrat primary run, stories about a toxic workplace and the mistreatment of staff members started spilling into the public eye. A resignation letter from Harris’s campaign operations director made waves in the media.

The Harris campaign state operations director Kelly Mehlenbacher wrote that she’d never seen an organization “treat its staff so poorly.” She trashed Harris’s platform and said she no longer has confidence in the campaign or its leadership. “It is unacceptable that we would lay off anyone that we hired only weeks earlier. It is unacceptable that with less than 90 days until lowa we still do not have a real plan to win,” she wrote.

Now, there are reports that Kamala is making her White House staff members miserable too. They’ve said that she creates a dysfunctional and abusive work environment, where people are thrown under the bus from the very top and there are short fuses. It got so bad that even Biden staffers have taken notice and are concerned about the way Harris treats her staff.

Many pointed the toxic atmosphere at the vice president’s chief of staff Tina Flournoy, who quickly shoots down ideas and pits employees against one another.

“Feels like there might be a pattern here,” tweeted Republican activist Matt Whitlock, tweeting a story about Harris’s short-lived presidential campaign.

The dysfunction was also reflected as officials were scrambling to make travel arrangements for Harris to go to the border last week. According to reports, people inside her own office were “blindsided” by her sudden announcement to visit the border.

While White House senior adviser Anita Dunn tried to defend the reports, she said that staff member’s feelings were “hurt” that they weren’t told about her last-minute trip. Others pointed out that the rushed arrangements prove she was making the trip to get there before Trump.

Other White House aides have also shared that Harris’ office is a “sh** show” with poorly managed people who don’t have long-term relationships with her. They said that it has made 2024 the “elephant in the room” since Biden will be 81 when seeking re-election and that Harris could not defeat whomever the Republican Party puts up.

“The Democratic Party is almost solely reliant on the continued viability of a doddering, barely-there president. The infighting that will occur over his succession will be epic. The oppo has already started,” tweeted conservative pundit and Daily Wire founder Ben Shapiro.

Harris would also be the natural choice if Biden decides not to run again in 2024, but a growing number of Democrats believe she’s not up for the job. Do you remember the votes she got during the Dem nomination? Nope, I can’t remember them either.
