Democrats Pull a Nasty Move During Congressional Baseball Game

We reported that the Congressional baseball game was a bit more dramatic than usual because climate radicals tried to prevent access to the game.

Julio Rosas, Townhall’s photographer, captured some of the harrowing scenes.

Their efforts didn’t go well — with three arrests and other entrances being open anyway, so they didn’t stop anyone from getting into the event.

The game’s purpose is to bring people together in sport for a short time to have some fun and to share a bit of unity. Although we have seen the game in its current form, we also witnessed a radical leftist attack a GOP practice area for the game, injuring many people, and almost killing Rep. Steve Scalise, (R-LA).

They are also raising money to support charity for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington and the Washington Nationals Dream Foundation, Washington Literacy Center, and, following the 2017 practice shooting, the US Capitol Police Memorial Fund.

Nancy Pelosi, House Speaker, said that the game was so wonderful and that people are so kind. “That’s why it’s so great that we compete, and it’s wonderful to be here and enjoy a little bit of fun,” she said about the game. But, perhaps she should have told her audience that the climate activists weren’t the only drama at this game.

Linda Sanchez (D-CA) decided to add a little lack of sportsmanship. The Democrats were down 5-0 in the sixth inning when she got a leadoff walk. She was then pulled for a pinch runner. But while making her way back to the Democrats’ dugout, she flipped off the Republicans in the other dugout.

Although it’s unclear why she did this, they are now unable to ignore their behavior in a charity game. This is a terrible move. Some role model she is. This is a great indicator of their approach, especially when they have to respond in this way. We reported that it did not help the Democrats, who were blown out 10-0.

They will be more upset with the midterms than they were in November. CNN recognizes that the numbers favor the Republicans. Harry Enten, CNN’s CNN correspondent, said that polls may underestimate the wave that is yet to come.

A few fans left messages in the stands, including “Let’s Go Brandon” and “45”.

This game just might be the perfect metaphor for November. What kind of Democrat professional government official flips off Republicans at a baseball game? This just proves how childish Democrats are and we clearly need grown-up professionals in government positions.
