Charges Dropped Against Alec Baldwin for Fatal Shooting

Can I believe it? Because, I can. ABC News reported that Alec Baldwin has been cleared of all charges in relation to the Rust Shooting.

Baldwin has been charged for two counts of involuntary murder in the death in October 2021 of Halyna Hutchins, a 42-year old cinematographer. Baldwin won’t face any legal consequences, despite accidentally firing a gun at a cross-draw, killing the cinematographer and injuring director Joel Souza.

Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro, Alec Baldwin’s lawyers, said in a press statement: “We are pleased with the decision to dismiss the case against Alec Baldwin and we encourage a thorough investigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding this tragic incident.” ”

Baldwin then went into P.R. Following the incident, Baldwin did P.R. Baldwin said to ABC’s George Stephanopoulos that “someone is responsible for what happened.” I cannot tell you. “But I am sure it is not you. ”

Baldwin was involved in the shooting. Baldwin held the gun, and fired it. Hutchins would probably still be alive if National Rifle Association safety advisors were on the set.

Mark Judge, political commentator and author, stated in an article published earlier this year, “her death was a result from the self-righteous Leftism Baldwin promotes.” Baldwin’s rigid beliefs were the trigger that caused a tragic accident.

Hannah Gutierrez Reed who worked on the film as an armorer has been charged with two counts of involuntary murder in connection to the tragic death of Halyna Hutchins. Both Baldwin and Gutierrez Reed have since been cleared of charges for gun enhancement.
