Tony Bobulinski, a former Hunter Biden associate, continued to be a gift Wednesday. He accused Hunter Biden and Jim Biden of lying, along with Rep. Jamie Raskin, and Rep. Dan Goldman. He even caused Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez to have a breakdown after she asked him a “gotcha question” and looked dumb.

BOBULINSKI: Yes
AOC: What crime do you, have you witnessed?
BOBULINSKI: How much time do I have to go through it?
AOC: It is simple, you name the crime. Did you watch him steal something?
BOBULINSKI: Corruption statutes, RICO and conspiracy, FARA (AOC interrupts)
AOC: What is the crime, sir? Specifically?
BOBULINSKI: You ask and answer the question, I answered the question, RICO, you’re not familiar with
AOC: Excuse me, sir. Excuse me, sir. Excuse me, sir. RICO is not a crime, it is a category. What is the crime?
BOBULINSKI: It is a category of crimes that you are then charged under.
AOC asked Bobulinski to answer a question, but would not let him finish. Bobulinski also mentioned FARA and conspiracy as possible crimes in light of the behavior that he observed. She dismissed this and focused only on RICO. She said it wasn’t a crime but a category. But he corrected her and said it was a “category of crimes” under which she would be charged. He slapped her when she replied, “How much time do I have?” He was able to remember everything he saw.

RICO is a statute under which specific crimes may be considered – kidnapping, robbery, arson, etc.
You need to name the crimes in order to substantiate RICO.

Be careful when shouting “wrong” if you are a former Texas Solicitor General who has testified before the Supreme Court.

RICO is a conspiracy, and under that conspiracy the Govt alleges “predicate acts” which are specific criminal offenses, both state and federal.

She did not care about what Bobulinski had to say about possible crimes. She and her Democratic colleagues do not seem to be concerned about Biden’s connection with foreigners who have ties to other governments. That is the real issue. They don’t want to bury their heads when it comes to truth, and they want to know whether Joe Biden has been compromised.
