Shockwave: Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces 120 New Sexual Assault Allegations

Sean “Diddy Combs” is facing dozens of new allegations of sexual abuse in a series of civil lawsuits.

In a press event held on Tuesday, Texas attorney Tony Buzbee revealed that he represents 120 accusers who have made allegations against the entertainment mogul over 20 years.

“We will expose those who enabled this behavior behind closed doors,” Buzbee stated during a press conference that we will continue to pursue this case no matter what evidence is implicated.

The lawyer stated that the allegations were made by “many powerful people… many dirty secrets.” He said that his team had “collected photos, videos, and texts.”

Buzbee said, “It is a long list, but due to the nature of this situation, we will make damn sure that we are right before we do so.” These names will shock and amaze you.

Buzbee stated that more than 3,000 people have come forward with complaints against Combs. He plans to file lawsuits against Combs in different states. He added that other defendants will be named. He said that 62 percent of the new accusers identify as African Americans and they come from over 25 states. The majority hails from New York, California Georgia, and Florida.

Buzbee stated that the youngest victim was nine years old at the time the incident occurred. He added that 25 of those accused were minors when the incidents took place in 1991. Buzbee stated that the incidents occurred at Combs’ parties and auditions.

Combs, who was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting women to prostitution by prosecutors of the Southern District of New York in an unveiled indictment last month, is now being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center, in Brooklyn, New York.

Combs has been denied bail twice. On Monday, his legal team, including attorney Alexandra Shapiro along with Teny Geragos, Marc Agnifilo, and Alexandra Shapiro, filed their first paperwork in preparation for an appeal.

Buzbee represented victims in other high-profile cases, including those against BP after the Deepwater Horizon spill in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. In 2021, he represented people who accused NFL quarterback Deshaun of sexual misconduct. In the same year, he sued Travis Scott for 750 million dollars after a fatal crush of crowds at his Astroworld Festival.

Combs has been facing increasing legal problems since last year when his ex-girlfriend Cassandra Ventura filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of assault and sex trade during their relationship. Combs settled for an undisclosed sum with Ventura, despite his denials. Combs apologized after a video of him brutally beating Ventura was leaked.

Combs has been the subject of multiple civil lawsuits since Ventura’s suit. The most recent one was filed by Dawn Richard, who is a former Danity Kane member and claims that Combs sexually assaulted her, jailed her, and threatened to kill them.

The majority of Combs’ lawsuits were filed in New York City. This city has a law called the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law, which allows people to bring lawsuits claiming sexual abuse after the statute of limitation has expired.
