Explosive Evidence: Call Records Between Cohen and Witnesses Enter Legal Fray

Jaden Jarmel Schneider was another paralegal from the DA’s office who took the witness stand after Longstreet’s testimony ended.

During his testimony, former Donald Trump lawyer Michael Cohen and others made several phone calls.

Summaries of phone records that were introduced into evidence included conversations between Cohen and Dylan Howard, Cohen and David Pecker, Cohen and Keith Schiller, Cohen and Allen Weisselberg, Cohen and Gina Davidson, Cohen and Hope Hicks, Cohen and Gina Rodriquez, and Cohen and Trump.

Schneider confirmed that he had identified an incoming phone call to Cohen at the time when his recording of Trump’s conversation ended.

The prosecution has insisted that the recording of Cohen’s conversation with Trump regarding the Karen McDougal Payment was interrupted by an incoming phone call. The defense had previously claimed that there was no call.

Cohen is scheduled to testify on Monday in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s team. He will be the star witness in their case for his role in arranging the $130,000 payment to adult actress Daniels in 2016, to keep her story about having a sexual relationship with Trump during the early 2000s.

Trump made several payments to Cohen, his attorney, of $35,000 in the future. Trump denies that the meeting took place.
